Parties agree to the following:
1.  All exhibits submitted to the Modern Day Masters Project shall be original works created by the artists and currently available for sale.

2.  All sales shall be negotiated exclusively between the artist and the buyer.  Artists are responsible for all shipping and transit insurance charges on each transaction and should factor in those charges when negotiating a final sales price.  D.A. Baranski & Co. assumes no liability for problems that arise as a result of the sales transaction.  All discrepancies shall be resolved by mutual agreement between the artist and the buyer.

3.  Artists selected for inclusion in the MDM Project shall contract for a one time listing fee of $65.00 payable in advance. Listed exhibits sold during the term may be replaced any number of times at no additional charge. Artists are subject to an ongoing review of artwork which may effect an invitation for continued participation in the MDM Project. Any artist dropped from the Modern Day Masters list prior to one-year of their induction date due to transactional irregularities or a compromise in the integrity of their listing shall be entitled to a prorated refund.

4.  Any disputes arising from this contractual relationship between a listed artist and D.A. Baranski & Co. shall be subject to the laws of the State of Kansas.
